New Class

I am currently pursuing my Business Management Certificate at the U of C. I started my latest class last night "Human Behaviour in the Organziation". Looks interesting enough. The teacher looks like she is straight out of the sixties, and a real hardnose and stickler for the rules. She mentioned several times in the first lecture that if we did not want to be there to drop out and that it was going to be a lot of work. She is an HR manager for the Alberta government and has a Masters in Adult Education. So I think I will actually learn from her. I have dealt with so many different teaching personalities in my life that I'm sure I will be able to deal with her.

Flames Burn Oil

Monica and I went the game on Saturday. Its always fun to beat the Oilers. Can't believe how well they are doing without Iginla. Lombardi looks awesome. Monica enjoyed our lower bowl seats, seventh row behind the net. Especially because Darren Mcarty's wife and Alex Tanguays fiancee sat behind us. This allowed her to drop ears on some NHL wife gossip. OH MY!

Dave Did It

Well, fellow "ÜberNerd" Dave convinced me. Time to start blogging. I am going to use this to post anything I find interesting and especially focus on travel. Past, present and future. Monica and I are currently planning a trip to Cabo San Lucas for our friends Mike and Val's wedding in April. I would rather be there during the winter dulldroms of Jan to Feb, but I'm sure April will be great. Looks like we have found a cheap place to stay. I will try to updated this as best I can, so come back and visit.

And oh ya, What about those young FLAMES! They don't even miss Jerome. Going to the Oilers game here in Calgary on Saturday, and back in Edmonton next Saturday. Gonna be fun.
